One address, for one kind of message: something on this site is wrong. Everything about your own exam belongs with BCEN or PSI.
Write to contact@cpen-study-guide.com. There is no form, ticket system or newsletter behind that address; a person reads the mailbox and fixes what needs fixing in the next build of the site. We do not promise a reply time, and a correction can ship without a reply at all.

What to send when something is wrong
Two things earn a fast fix: an error in a practice question and an exam fact BCEN has changed since we read it. Include enough that we can check it without writing back:
- The page address, copied from the browser.
- For a question: the first line of the stem and the option you believe is right.
- For a fact: the sentence as it appears here, and the bcen.org page that now says otherwise.
- Nothing about yourself. No license number, no employer, no exam date.
